Negotiation Mastery: Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills that result in mutually beneficial outcomes, fostering long-term partnerships. Adaptability and Tailoring: Adapt sales approaches adeptly to address the diverse and evolving needs of our partners, showcasing your ability to tailor solutions and provide unique value propositions. Your Credentials Degree or equivalent experience. Cannabis insight is a plus. Networked in the cannabis industry preferred. 3-5 years of sales experience. Proven track record in strategizing and executing sales. Basic marketing knowledge is beneficial. Physical Requirements Able to drive for long periods. Clear speech, vision, and hearing.
