Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise within the Transaction Advisory Services practice.
  • Work on buy/sell-side technology due diligence engagements.
  • Analyze software code base and software development lifecycle, design software, and write custom SQL code.
  • Manage internal and external customer relationships and large software development projects.
  • Oversee technical aspects of IT projects, write technical specifications, and develop solutions using open source codes, Microsoft .NET, and plug-ins.
  • Analyze and mine large volumes of financial data and develop data analytics and dashboard tools for management reporting.
  • Strong experience in business intelligence is desired.
  • Manage large ETL projects and develop solutions using SSIS, Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, and other third-party products.
  • Identify post-acquisition steps to optimize savings and improve efficiencies by supporting the implementation of technology initiatives.
  • Assist clients in identifying pre- and post-acquisition transaction issues.
  • Contribute to the report-writing process.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience in M&A technology due diligence or equivalent.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or information systems.
  • Fluent in Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau software is a plus.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word and Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing client demands.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.
  • Experience working with diverse teams.
