About the Role

CohnReznick LLP is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our team in Chicago. As a key player in our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services group, you will conduct due diligence and support clients across various industries.

Responsibilities
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic corporate buyers
  • Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings
  • Coordinate with team and management to ensure client expectations are met regarding project deliverables and deadlines
  • Effectively communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • CPA and other relevant professional certifications preferred
  • Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions
  • 5+ years of audit and/or transaction advisory experience within various industries
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel out-of-town to clients as required
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and root cause determination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a team-oriented environment
