Responsibilities:
Analyze technology approaches and provide recommendations.
Lead requirement gathering and solution design efforts.
Develop customized Dynamics solutions through plug-in writing and custom workflow activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality results.
Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Perform code review and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
Participate in system testing and quality assurance efforts.




Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical degree
8-10 years of professional experience in software development, and implementation including consulting experience, and experience in implementing global projects.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, including plug-in writing and custom workflow activities
Familiarity with Azure/Power Platform
Understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and frameworks
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend technology solutions.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Logic App and Azure Functions
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
