Job Description

Gridiron is looking to hire a Data Architect to support a government program.


  • ResponsibilitiesDesigns and develops solutions to complex data sets. Leads the development of enterprise data architectures, strategies, and solution recommendations in support of business strategies.
  • Leads design of high-level conceptual and logical models that facilitate a cross-system/cross functional view of data requirements.
  • Establishes processes for governing the identification, collection, and use of corporate metadata and takes steps to assure metadata accuracy, validity, and quality.
  • Provides leadership to system and local work groups. Designs and builds relational and non-relational databases.
  • Translates business needs into long-term architecture solutions.
  • Reviews object and data models and the metadata repository to structure the data for better management and quicker access.


  • QualificationsActive Top-Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • .NET, C#, Vue3, Typescript
  • Python, Jupyter Notebook, Scala, Databricks"

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $65-70 hourly (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future).


Benefits: Gridiron offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), disability & ADD insurance, life and pet insurance to eligible employees. Full-time and part-time employees working at least 30 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Gridiron’s benefits programs.
