You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience as an AWS cloud solutions architect
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise-level, full lifecycle solutions architecture within a professional IT and software development context
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture and development, particularly with AWS or C2S, including implementation and migration
  • Experience in technical application architecture, application development, and modernization
  • Familiarity with version control systems, including GitHub and GitLab, as well as containerization technologies
  • Understanding of Java frameworks and technologies, such as Spring, Hibernate, and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems concepts, and Big Data solutions
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in implementing security controls or credentialing artifacts
  • Familiarity with RDBMS database engines, including Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining Databricks and Elasticsearch
  • Knowledge of AWS Identity Access Management (IAM) policy management
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding application, data, and security matters
  • Capability to convey complex topics in clear and accessible language
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification - Associate

Clearance:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
