Implement sales training programs.

  • Measure effectiveness on an ongoing basis and evaluate against the programs objectives and make suggestions for improvements as needed.
  • Effectively interact with team members and motivate them to succeed.
  • Communicate with appropriate parties on product/training launches, communication and campaigns as required.
  • Ensure sales professionals are educated to perform at a high level and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Attend sales meetings or company events as required.
  • Evaluate current training and development programs so they meet the programmed objectives.
  • Provide effective communication/feedback on training programs as required.
  • Train and educate all sales professionals on Family Heritage Life’s sales processes, products, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Ensure that all FHL procedures and rules regarding the sale and renewal of policies are adhered to consistently and in accordance with quality requirements, compliance standards, regulatory guidelines, and contractual obligations.
  • Review training and development content so it aligns with the corporate strategy to ensure sales professionals sustainable success.
  • Effectively communicate with appropriate parties on product training launches, communication and campaigns as required.
  • Assist with devising and implementing strategies to support growth through various training initiatives.
  • Flexible to travel upon request (25% travel “To be determined by the company”)
