  • Group has 19 outpatient clinic locations throughout San Diego
  • SRSMG is a large, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
  • Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties in medicine
  • All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
  • Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists

Centralized Hem/Onc department is located adjacent to Sharp Memorial Hospital

    • 4-day work week with an average volume of 15-17 patients per day
    • User-friendly work schedule and collegial work environment
    • Must be board certified to be considered if resident/fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment
    • Sign-on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package with opportunity to become a shareholder after second year of employment

Starting annual base salary of $380,000.00/year. The posted annual salary is the starting annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
