As the Manager of our Labor and Delivery Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient care experience. You will champion policies that prioritize patient well-being while upholding the highest standards of care. *Shift Details:*
* Full-Time Day Shift
* 8 am - 5 pm (flexible as needed)

* Maintain optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
* Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act.

*Qualifications that Ignite Success:*

*Licensure and Certification:*
* Possess a current and valid Arizona RN licensure.

*Education:*
* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, healthcare, business, public administration, management or related field.

*Experience:*
* You bring 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery, and a minimum of 1+ year(s) of healthcare supervisory experience.
