- Spearhead cost-effective practices without compromising patient care, maintaining optimal inventory levels and procedural supplies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, from Title 22 to Nurse Practice Act, and promote a culture of accountability and transparency.
- Licensure and Certification: Possess a current and valid Arizona RN licensure.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing, healthcare, business, public administration, management, or related field.
- Experience: Bring 3 years of demonstrated experience in Labor and Delivery, and minimum 1 year of healthcare supervisory experience.
