Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: 5:00pm to 10:00 PM (approximate)
  • Deliver supplies to client locations
  • Make sure all locations stay stocked with the required supplies
  • Quality Control: Conduct walkthroughs and perform inspections
  • Train new and existing employees on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
  • Do requisite laundry: Mop heads, towels, rags, etc.
  • Shift Coverage: Ensure adequate staffing by covering shifts when employees call off
  • Fill in as needed when shifts are not covered.
  • Assist managers in creating work schedules, assigning tasks, and addressing employee concerns and other duties as assigned
  • Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Create incident reports and verify employee time sheets
  • Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in janitorial work and supervisory roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (approx. 25 pounds)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
