Responsibilities:
• Promptly greet customers to learn how we can best serve them today
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Manage and oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule.
• Schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
• Consult with mechanics to determine the best repair options for our customers, and communicate ordering of parts to customer
• Use your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options. Advise on warranty and trade-in options

Requirements:
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sales experience

Preferred qualities:
• 1 or more year of experience in the automotive field
• Proficiency with industry-specific software (CDK/Wi-Advisor)

Pay $50k-$90K yearly
