As an Assembler I, you will be responsible for the sub-assembly and final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronic fundamentals and logic, the ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams, and have experience using hand and small power tools. The role requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality production and reliability in attendance. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.Use hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components.Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions.Perform final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories.Use various measuring and testing devices, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies.Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to assembly, such as fitting and alignment problems.Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Cross-train to support other product lines as needed.Education and Experience Requirements Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.Use hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components.Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions.Skills and Abilities Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.Technical Competencies: Ability to understand technical concepts and apply them to customer needs.
