As a Holiday Events Assistant, you'll play a vital role in spreading holiday cheer by engaging with customers at exciting promotional events across various retail locations in the Orlando area. You'll help create a memorable shopping experience, promoting products, services, and the spirit of the season. From setting up festive displays to assisting with product showcases, your energy and enthusiasm will be key in creating a holiday atmosphere that leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in executing holiday-themed promotional events, ensuring the success of each event.
  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with holiday spirit, making each interaction a positive experience.
  • Engage with the local community to promote the brand, ensuring everyone is part of the holiday fun.
  • Represent the client with enthusiasm, integrity, and a positive attitude.
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist in overcoming objections with a festive, solution-focused approach.
  • Close sales and process transactions quickly, ensuring a seamless holiday shopping experience.
  • Provide feedback to help optimize future events, maintaining a team-oriented approach to success.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members.
  • Organized and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy events.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing a seamless customer experience.
