Senior Production Designer
Location: Minneapolis, MN

• Looking for an experienced Senior Production Designer with great attention to detail and ability to produce mechanicals quickly.
• We’re looking for a production designer who’s known for great efficiency and speed – a great partner who can produce digital, social and print mechanicals along with design updates for both refresh work, and to support production for campaign creative teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:



• Creating mechanicals and designs for print and digital marketing (paid/owned/earned)
• Executes revisions, edits, modifications, resizing and other adjustments to previously completed work.
• Works closely with Copywriters, Art Directors and Proofers
• Able to effectively speak to, present and defend design concepts, process and executions.
• Brings creativity and innovative design solutions to both creative and process challenges.
• Conducts detail-oriented oversight of execution.
• Works closely and collaboratively with the creative teams.
Requirements:



• 2+ years of design experience
