Senior Production Designer

Job Description:

  • In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
  • Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in experience design.
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel in experience design.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating mechanicals and designs for print and digital marketing (paid/owned/earned)
  • Executes revisions, edits, modifications, resizing and other adjustments to previously completed work.
  • Works closely with Copywriters, Art Directors and Proofers
  • Able to effectively speak to, present and defend design concepts, process and executions.
  • Brings creativity and innovative design solutions to both creative and process challenges.
  • Conducts detail-oriented oversight of execution.
  • Works closely and collaboratively with the creative teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
