We are working with a centrifugal pump and valve manufacturer in the Jefferson/Orange County area in Texas looking to fill the role of Hydraulic Applications Manager. This individual would guide the research and development of pump technology to support hydraulic designs. Some of their responsibilities include:

Owns the selection and modification of hydraulic criteria.

Supervises the production of pump proposal curves for proposal purposes.

Uses computational fluid dynamics models and CAD tools to perform simulations of hydraulic performance.

Qualifications for the role include:


  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field focusing on fluid mechanics.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in pump design.
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD and CFD modeling.
  • Familiar with and able to effectively use all applicable MS Office applications and Autodesk (AutoCAD/Inventor)
