The Group Accounts Director will lead and develop client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and meeting client objectives. This strategic role is vital in guiding our account teams, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to Buttermilk's growth.
What We Need You To Do
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, developing strong, long-term client relationships.
- Lead and motivate account teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service that aligns with client goals.
- Develop strategic marketing plans and oversee their implementation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and strategic adjustments.
- Drive new business development and identify opportunities for account growth.

- Extensive experience in account management or a similar role, ideally within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
