Our client, a close-knit private equity firm, is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a senior partner in their SF office. This is an amazing opportunity to join a wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be organized and able to handle tasks independently.


Salary: 125-135k base range + generous bonus and benefits + free lunch


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a principal maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, and overseeing external communications
  • Coordinate and communicate on behalf of executive internally and externally with board meeting
  • Act as their gate keeper of time
  • Some light personal assistant projects as needed
  • Process expense reports in concur
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements both global and domestic including visa arrangements
  • Provide back-up support to other executive assistants as needed
  • Other ad hoc duties as needed



Requirements:

  • At least 4 year working in a fast-paced environment support role administrative support role
  • Experience in venture capital and private equity is prefered
  • Bachelor’s degree prefered
  • Microsoft Office proficient and tech savvy
  • Ability for deal with constant changes and anticipate needs
  • Excellent written verbal and communication skills
