We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Technical Product Management II to join our Treasury Services team. This onsite/flex role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
· Product Development: Lead the product development for our online banking portal which includes requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
· Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Treasury Services Digital Product, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
· Customer/Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure that our digital products deliver superior value and user experience.
· Innovation and Trends: Stay on top of the latest trends and innovations in financial technology, particularly in the Treasury space, and leverage this knowledge to drive product innovation.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
· Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Computer science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
· 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
· Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web and mobile applications, APIs and data analytics.
· Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.

With moderate guidance, contributes to data, analytics, technology and software product development and strategy by providing competitive, market and financial analysis for small, non-complex products. Primary responsibilities include: Overseeing multiple technical products or a significant technical product line. Developing long-term technical product strategies and roadmaps. Collaborating across technical product management teams to ensure alignment and execution of technical product strategy. Using subject matter expertise and experience to direct and mentor a team of product managers.
Modified based upon local regulations/requirements. Bachelor's degree in a technical related field, typically Engineering or CS degree, or equivalent work experience required. 3-5 years of experience in a technical/engineering role and SME on the technology. Proven experience as a technical product manager (5+ years). Strong technical experience with the ability to communicate and present complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders/audiences. Excellent problem solving capabilities, experience with agile methodologies and a track record of successful product launches. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
