Job Description:

5+ years' experience of working on evaluating and deploying HR systems e.g., as a Business Analyst or Business Operations Analyst

Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to clearly comprehend incoming requests and translate them for our technical and non-technical partners.
Ability to build compelling stories for our use cases that help bring along our stakeholders
Experience with deployment and usage of Microsoft Viva Insights is preferred
Experience with Human Capital (HCM) systems is preferred.
