The Outside Sales Representative position involves extensive field work, where you will directly be engaging with homeowners to demonstrate the value and quality of our product. Next Door and Window is a family owned and operated business fueled by a commitment to success for our customers and our team while offering the most prestigious, award-wining brands in the window and door replacement industry.

To successfully complete the role of Sales Person at Next Door and Window, he/she must:

  • Client Engagement: Provide in-depth consultations in clients homes, understanding their needs and recommending products that best fit their requirements.
  • Sales and Design Proposals: Skillfully design and propose solutions that integrate our windows and door products, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of clients homes.
  • Sales Closure: Expertly negotiate and close sales, ensuring all contracts are promptly entered in the company CRM.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with clients from the initial interaction through the completion of their projects, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Basic Qualifications

  • Motivated and Independent: Ability to work independently in the field, driven by achieving sales goals and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Acumen: Keen ability for engaging homeowners and using in-home sales techniques and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and team members.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs along with the ability to travel within the Madison area.
