PREMIER CONSTRUCTION, INC. is a Houston based commercial general contractor specializing in the construction of medical/professional centers, specialty retail centers, commercial interior renovations, and office warehouse projects. Per calendar year the management team of J.H. PREMIER CONSTRUCTION successfully completes over twenty medical/professional development projects in the greater metropolitan Houston area. Duties: · Lead generation and follow up · Provide project estimation and bid packages · Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish · Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors · Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets · Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns · Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met · Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints · Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits · Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status Qualifications: · Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role · Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations · Experience in take-off's and project estimation · Excellent communication and leadership skills · Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively · Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
