With a strong pipeline across Texas, they are known for delivering high-quality construction with precision, efficiency, and integrity.Role Overview: As a Project Manager you will oversee full-cycle project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout. Ensuring client satisfaction and excellence in every phase. You will take ownership of multiple commercial projects, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects valued between $5M–$50MManage budgets, contracts, and schedules to ensure timely and profitable deliveryLead coordination with Superintendents, subcontractors, and design teamsMaintain consistent client communication and provide regular progress updatesDrive preconstruction planning, procurement, and project closeout processesQualifications:5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projectsBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Proven success in delivering commercial builds on schedule and within budgetProficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platformsCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $120K–$140KAuto Allowance: $750 per monthBonus + 401K Match + Health InsuranceGrowth opportunities within a reputable and expanding GC
