Role Description We’re hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to join us on‑site in Berkeley, CA. You’ll help with operations, support executives with communication and scheduling, keep the office organized, and manage much of the HR for the company. This includes onboarding new employees, maintaining records, coordinating benefits, and supporting payroll. A large part of the job will also involve writing and polishing professional emails and documents on behalf of executives, so strong communication skills are essential. You’ll balance day-to-day office administration with executive support, and occasionally step into sprints when deadlines demand all hands on deck. Qualifications 3+ years in executive assistant or operations roles Excellent email writing skills – confident drafting professional emails and documents Experience managing payroll and payments to vendors Strong organizational and scheduling abilities Proficiency with Google Workspace U.S. permanent resident Desired Qualifications Professional working fluency in Spanish or Mandarin Jira and Confluence experience Compensation $54k-70k per year, depending on experience Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Administrative #J-18808-Ljbffr
