Position Summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions is hiring a Product Manager, BioAnalytics role. The Product Manager, BioAnalytics helps develop and execute the tactical marketing plan and performs market data analysis in support of the BioAnalytics division. Catalent’s BioAnalytics division offers a comprehensive suite of analytical services for traditional biologics and advanced therapies such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), cell and gene therapies, and mRNA vaccines. The Product Manager , BioAnalytics will report to the Director of BioAnalytics and BioProduct Delivery.

This is a full-time position: Monday – Friday, Days with occasional weekends. This is a remote position.

The Role

Develop and implement marketing plans that outline resources, actions, and tactics needed to support business growth
Partner with cross-functional teams, subject-matter experts and KOLs to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies and tactics
Develop, execute and measure the performance of campaigns aligned with marketing and business strategies and objectives; ensure approach and messaging is client-centric and conveys a clear and unique value proposition
Plan, execute, and measure the performance of the following marketing tactics while partnering with team members/groups/agencies as needed: events (trade shows, seminars, customer events etc.); digital tools and initiatives (webinars, social media, email, videos, ads including SEM, website including SEO, etc.); other tactics (presentations, print advertising, PR, etc.)
Support market and competitive analysis including: work with business leaders, commercial operations, sales, SMEs, and other strategic partners to understand the business drivers and marketing needs; assist with market landscaping and data generation for strategic planning; analyze the business, customer, and competitive environment; work with available data sources for market analysis; Support customer targeting efforts including customer analysis (client personas and journey mapping); provide input into regular competitive and market trend updates; participate in commercial meetings to obtain customer insights
Develop reports and presentations for routine reporting and as-needed
Work with the commercial team to gather input for the development of effective sales tools while ensuring adoption and proper usage
Create training materials for new service offerings/launches
All other duties as assigned;

The Candidate

Required a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing or Life Sciences with 2+ years of marketing and/or analytical lab experience
CDMO and/or CRO knowledge highly preferred
Broad understanding of brand and product management principles highly desired
Experience writing and executing technical documents/validation protocols preferred
High level attention to detail while managing multiple projects and/or priorities under tight deadlines is a must
Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience.
Possess good communication and problem-solving skills highly desired.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer required
Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
