Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Visa is not offering relocation assistance for this role.QualificationsBasic Qualifications
10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical or other relevant engineering field
Proven record of defining technology roadmap, executing defined technology strategies and driving adoption across a large enterprise
Extensive experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing large-scale production solutions
Experience in container ecosystems – Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh (Istio or Linkerd), CNI (Calico, Cilium)
Experience with Continuous Integration pipeline tools such Jenkins and GitLab
Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef and Ansible
Strong analytical skills and able to work independently to solve sophisticated engineering problems
Proven ability to lead with passion and execute vision with little guidance and ability to make independent judgments and decisions within established guidelines
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration.
