About the role

As Assistant Manager, you drive daily operational and brand excellence throughout the store. You are responsible for guiding the store team to deliver consistently positive customer experiences. You'll bring to the role

  • 6 months specialty retail and management experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication, supervisory, and customer service skills

  • Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
