Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, file management, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Support the onboarding process for new hires, helping them complete necessary paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information, job details, and performance evaluations, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software (a plus)
