About the Job:
As the Director of Human Resources at Community Action Organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the agency's human resources strategy and policies. This leadership position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in HR management, employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support the agency's mission and vision
- Lead a team of HR professionals to provide exceptional service to employees
- Collaborate with department directors to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a non-profit organization
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and department directors
