Showing Agent Opportunity Looking to gain real world experience while building a strong foundation in real estate? We are searching for a motivated Showing Agent to join a high performing team and grow in a supportive environment. In this role, you will guide buyers through property tours, assist with consistent lead follow up, and stay connected throughout the sales process. You will work alongside experienced agents in the luxury market, learning how to move transactions forward while earning rewarding commissions. Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Buyer sales • Set buyer consultations • Execute appointments • Lead follow-up • CRM • Sales scripts mastery • Set appointments Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Real estate license • Great communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $135,000 at plan• Buyer sales • Set buyer consultations • Execute appointments • Lead follow-up • CRM • Sales scripts mastery • Set appointmentsCompensation:$85,000-$135,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
