Administrative Assistant that Rocks

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in, or be familiar with a home building or remodeling office and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

•Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
•Prepare and process documents related to construction projects, contracts, and client communications.
•Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
•Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for project documentation.
•Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
•Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and handling invoices.
•Support the team with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed

Qualifications

•Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the home building or remodeling industry.
•Exceptional computer literacy.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus
