Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administration Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, assisting with daily administrative activities, and providing essential support to various departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails.
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, records, and documents in both physical and digital formats.
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic reporting tasks.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Assist with preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and preparing meeting materials.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
Support other team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all relevant procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
Assist with other office-related projects and tasks to help maintain a smooth work environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred, but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, copiers).
