Overview:
Kelly Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Springfield, MO. This role is crucial for ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing our team's workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Dispatch technicians to service locations, coordinating schedules and providing necessary job details.
- Maintain and understand multiple calendars to effectively manage scheduling.
- Build and organize job files to ensure all relevant information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Perform general clerical duties including making copies, data entry of tickets and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrate proficient typing skills for effective communication and documentation.
- Manage filing systems, ensuring that all documents are securely stored and easily retrievable.
- Conduct follow-up calls and call maintenance with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and address any concerns.
