WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Senior Human Resources Analyst plays a key role in maintaining, enhancing and optimizing the HCM system for the Company. This position provides support to our HR team and partners with other stakeholders to ensure seamless functionality and alignment through system objectives. The Senior Human Resources Analyst is responsible for system configuration, reporting, data analysis and functional support on a day-to-day basis.


A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

  • Supports and maintains the optimal function of all HR-related modules including HCM, Benefits, Talent, Advanced Compensation and Recruiting.
  • Builds and maintains Human Resources vendor integrations.
  • Builds, maintains, and analyzes complex dashboards, discovery boards, and departmental reports.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for business process efficiencies and changes through frequent gap analysis and implements as appropriate.
  • Provides technical and functional support to the HR team as well as acts as a change agent and advocate for Workday solutions.
  • Leads the configuration and maintenance of HR and Benefits integrations and troubleshoots issues as they arise with outside vendors.
  • Plays a key role in semi-annual scheduled releases by completing thorough testing, creating documentation, and communicating changes effectively.
  • Partners with HR team members to develop and maintain system related training and job aids.
  • Maintains worker data accuracy and performs frequent data audits.
  • Participates as a key member of the company governance team.
  • Partners with stakeholders from IT and Finance to align the system processes, maintain data integrity and ensure system functionality is operating as expected.
  • Maintains job profiles and compensation grades.
  • Partners with compensation leads on annual merit and bonus process.
  • Partners with compensation leads on annual salary survey reporting.


WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Workday platform configuration with a focus in reporting and integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Workday Certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday security roles and business process configuration.
  • Functional experience in Human Resources related concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and reach solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
