Description

Job Description- Driver Check-in Clerk

The primary function of this position includes but is not limited to being the first point of contact when driver(s) return from their route and check in their invoices, payments, devices, and return sheets. This position requires them to process all documentation accordingly upon their return.

Essential Duties Include
  • Handle and collect variety of invoices, payments, devices, return sheets from drivers.
  • Be the first point contact when a driver(s) returns from their route.
  • Collect money from drivers and put it into a coordinating money ($) bag.
  • Notify the Credit Department if the driver has not collected anything.
  • Question driver for no product pick-up and immediately communicate with sales representative or key.
  • Effectively communicate with the Finance Department about any discrepancies
  • Process Credit reports upon driver arrival on Excel
  • Give or send return sheets to drivers for customers, send backhaul paperwork, error logs to coordinating people, etc.
Job Knowledge and Skills
  • Basic computer understanding and skills required.
  • Proficient with Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to communicate and speak in English.
  • Able to handle money transactions accordingly.
  • Must be a team player and organized.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with department heads.
Physical Requirements
  • Periodically may lift, push, or move products that weigh up to 55 pounds unassisted.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


Schedule:

Monday - Friday 12pm - 8pm

Saturday rotation 10:30am- 5:30pm (if working Saturday, 1 day off during the week)

Hourly Pay: $18/hr.

Education/Training:

High School Diploma
