**Description:**

Brewster Ford Sales is a family-owned and operated, well-established growing dealership under a 4-dealer umbrella. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor to join our team and maintain the cleanliness at our automotive dealerships located in Putnam and Westchester County.

**Responsibilities:**

• Keep dealerships in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform any combination of the following duties: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office spaces.
• Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen.
• Empty trash and garbage containers.
• Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical, and other maintenance activities using hand tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories.
• Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities.

**Requirements:**

• Experience in working within a customer service role.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, and eager to improve.
• Previous janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Diligent work ethic and dedicated approach to performing duties.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Part-time 8-10 hours per week (eventually could be more).
