This person will be responsible for building relationships and opening new accounts with potential retailers. This role requires strong abilities in the prospecting and developing of new business in order to increase sales revenue through new accounts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies to grow a new market and increase presence in all territoriesGrow existing account base by effectively communicating the corporate values, beliefs and products to new and potential customersIdentify potential new business by reaching out to prospects and introducing the Joseph Ribkoff brandAssists in the implementation of company marketing plans as neededProactively seek to expand the representation of the brand through events (trade shows & trunk shows)Required QualificationsMinimum three years of sales experiences / customer service, preferably in fashionRecognized aptitude for sales and the ability to positively influence customersDemonstrate strong listening, verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to develop loyal and business relationships with customersStrong business acumen, negotiation skills, leadership and the ability to influenceAbility to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and quota-driven environmentEffective analytical and strategic territory planning skillsAbility to work autonomouslyAbility to travel within the territory (Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, California and Utah)Hold a valid driver’s license and passportMust be able to travel 60% of the yearBased preferably in: The West CoastAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentJoseph Ribkoff is an equal opportunity at will employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, religion, color, disability, sex, sexual orientation or national origin. #J-18808-Ljbffr
