We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior National Sales Executive to join our team. As a leading provider of innovative and stylish aftermarket wheels, we are dedicated to delivering excellence to enthusiasts worldwide. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales team management, extensive experience in the wheel industry, and a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance and achieve sales targets. Conduct regular sales report evaluations to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional phone customer service to guide customers in selecting the right products and address inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and handling concerns effectively. Account Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of accounts, including brick-and-mortar stores, large multi-location outlets, and online retailers. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their business needs. Strategic Planning and Operations: Provide recommendations to senior management on sales strategies, marketing trends, and opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and support sales initiatives, including logistics, marketing, and product development. Product Knowledge and Innovation: Utilize extensive knowledge of offroad wheels, tuner wheels, SUVs, luxury sedans, and street truck fitments to advise customers and drive sales. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation. International Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between our company and international partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of products. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 7+ years of experience in the wheel industry, with a proven track record of sales success. 5 + years account executive experience. Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and QuickBooks report generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed. Experience with social media platforms and marketing trends is preferred. Knowledge of freight logistics and operations is an asset. Benefits:
