The Red Lion Team is seeking an Test Eng Technician II (Calibration) on First (1st) or Second (2nd) Shift.

Major Position Responsibilities
  • Performs standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results.
  • Records data from testing in standard formats and provides results to product and engineering teams.
  • Assists technical teams with recommendations to resolve testing problems, roadblocks or equipment malfunctions that impact the performance or validity of testing.
  • Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment.
  • May also have responsibilities for Calibration including:
  • Performs precise calibrations and preventive and corrective maintenance on measuring and test equipment, instruments, tools, gauges and fixtures | Sets up test equipment and conducts tests on performance and reliability of mechanical, structural or electromechanical equipment | Develops calibration operating procedures and documentation for all instruments | Selects and procures instrument spare parts to minimize machine downtime | Coordinates calibration with outside contractors for equipment that cannot be maintained internally.
Basic Qualifications
  • Vocational/Technical Training Degree and 2-4 years experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevent Education &/or Experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
  • Knowledge and Skillset in the following areas:
    • Engineering Support
    • Test Execution
    • Industry Standards
    • Test Documentation
    • Test Equipment
