What's the opportunity?
As an Account Director, you will sell into one of our largest clients, and develop new relationships.
This role is 70% new business development and 30% existing client management..... a true career opportunity with tremendous professional upside. The role is remote with occasional visits to the client sites in the NY/NJ area, and you should be familiar with all the nuances of IT staffing.
What will I be doing?
Demonstrate a strong business case for eTeam through a consultative and proactive sales process.
Interface with leaders at all levels of client organizations
Ability to demonstrate how you have established a set of smart goals on your largest opportunities and proven success on execution.
Stay current on our clients' business, industry, and key objectives and challenges so that you can be a trusted ally in providing thought leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify resources and execute throughout the sales cycle. (Partner with sales engineering, program management, customer care and product management)
What skills and experience do you need?
Strategic and creative thinking that enables you to understand industry and customer trends and apply those insights to deliver business results
Industry expertise in tech staffing, along with clearly defined business development successes
Approach problems with rigorous quantitative and strategic analysis, identifying solutions for customers.
Experience working with end users and decision makers
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
