Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Tech to join a food and beverage manufacturing company in Redmond, WA. As the Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing food processing and packaging equipment in an industrial environment. This is a temporary-to-hire position with the potential for conversion after 520 hours. 

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary-to-Hire
- Location: Washington State
- Pay Rate: $30-$50/hr DOE
- Shift: Day and Night Shift

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate at an apprentice level, demonstrating a sense of urgency to learn all plant processing/packaging equipment issues
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics on plant processing/packaging equipment
- Maintain proper documentation through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Comply with company safety, quality, standard operating procedures (SOP), and HACCP guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum High School diploma
- 1 to 3 years of food manufacturing exp maintenance experience
- Demonstrates a high level of precision, accuracy, and alertness
- Good decision-making skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs intermittently
- Good industrial electrical knowledge
- Good knowledge of the proper use of the tools of the trade
