Looking for a B2B, relationship-building opportunity working with a best-in-class medical device company? Our client are seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support key accounts in North California, providing clinical support and training in our clients range of innovative products. Since their introduction, our client has been making waves in the minimally invasive surgical space. From revolutionising the treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) to being at the forefront of technological advances in gynaecological surgery. This is the place to be in the space.
What you’ll be doing
As Associate Territory Manager, you will be providing field-based support to customers needing additional support on our clients range of products in your designated territories.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
• Providing clinical support and expertise to multiple accounts, aiming for them to become independent in their use of the products
• Building strong, long-term relationships with key physicians, nurses, and administrators in your area
• Delivering educational programs in the field
• Relaying market intelligence and feedback to necessary internal teams, such as Marketing and Senior Management
• Organising customer data from daily activities into the company’s CRM system
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in North California and be able to travel around this region for 85% of your working week.
You’ll have previous experience working in the B2B sales environment and a degree from an accredited college or university.
A few other key skills we are looking for:
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to interact with medical staff and sales teams
• Highly adaptable to complexity and change, maintaining and keen eye for detail and accuracy
• A proven ability to positively impact company culture, with the demonstrative ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience of building and maintaining key customer relationships
• Understanding of the market you will be operating in, including Operating Room protocols, will be crucial
