Manage resources, external support agencies, and contractors to host high-quality events. Negotiate contracts with vendors and business partners with support from Mastermind Legal and Commercial team leadership. Work with Commercial, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to set goals, define metrics, and ensure these align with Mastermind business goals. Staff events and assist with set-up/tear down. Approximately 20 to 25% travel, including nights and weekends may be required. Own and manage swag strategy and inventory ordering to support commercial and internal needs. Collaborate and engage with key stakeholders, teams, and leadership to execute and deliver on the overall event strategy. Experience with budgeting and managing large scale events. Highly organized, with strong planning and project management skills, being able to build timelines and back into dates and identify dependencies to keep the plan in motion. A great communicator with interpersonal skills who is savvy in networking, negotiation, and persuasion, and working with many internal and external stakeholders in addition to managing relationships with different vendors, organizations within our (automotive) industry, agencies, on-site event staff, and more. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and collaborating across teams is crucial to success but can also work independently and can manage and prioritize time efficiently. Experience working in an automotive retail software company is preferred. Salesforce and Marketo experience are desired. Experience with digital event solutions and managing webinars on platforms such as Cvent, Zoom, Filo, or others is desired.
