Opportunity

As Pricing & Quoting Coordinator, you will work with Kohler/Sterling Field Sales Executives, Distributors, and various internal departments to ensure a smooth sales quoting process. Responsible for providing direct support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers, to ensure that the department can meet its growth targets.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with Sales Execs and Distributors through daily contact by email, telephone, and video conference.
  • Provide service and support to sales team and distributors to update CRM data in Salesforce/CPQ and process quote requests.
  • Create Specifications for Sales to present plumbing package options to key specifiers for potential project opportunities. (e.g., Spec Deck, EQ Specs)
  • Serve as liaison between Sales and Customer Service to follow up on backorders, product allocation, expediting product or orders and help identify product or parts.
  • Answer all email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with CPQ team to provide quote-to-order conversion to Sales team to help convert larger projects and making sure they are progressing the job in Salesforce/CPQ. (e.g., moving to won or lost)

Skills/Requirements

  • Highly skilled in data entry and customer service including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with Salesforce/CPQ or similar CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of standard tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Kohler Co plumbing products is preferred but desire and ability to learn will also be considered.
  • Willingly demonstrate the ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed.
  • Strong listening skills as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to communicate with business partners as well as senior leadership.

The hourly range for this position is $17.30 - $21.65. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
