Understand and use customer service reference documents including One Note Residential Work Instructions, Truck Load Calculator, Product Specification sheets, Price Lists, Inventory Reports, and Lead-time Reports. Follow policies that govern pricing, order entry, order change, order status inquiry, and any other policy that relates to the Sales Coordinator Department.
