Responsabilidades

• Responsable de las actividades de logística y exportación en Latinoamérica y Europa, incluida la revisión de las prácticas comerciales para ayudar a garantizar el cumplimiento de las regulaciones

• Mantiene las funciones de mantenimiento de registros relacionadas con la importación y exportación, según lo exige la ley.

• Prepara los formularios necesarios para la exportación e importación de productos de la empresa.

• Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con finanzas, operaciones y clientes externos para crear soluciones que permitan a la empresa transportar mercancías de la manera más eficiente.

• Identifica, interpreta e informa a todos los miembros del equipo sobre los requisitos reglamentarios aplicables para garantizar que se implementen las actividades de cumplimiento adecuadas.

• Monitorea las leyes y regulaciones de exportación para evaluar el impacto en los sistemas y procesos de la empresa y sus subsidiarias y recomienda los cambios necesarios.


Requisitos

• 5+ years of relevant trade experience.

• Solid knowledge of international trade, customs regulations and laws that affect foreign trade.

• Being analytically minded and detail orientated, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to obtain and distill information accurately and convey information to cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills: Must be resourceful and collaborative in managing tasks and willing to contribute to team needs.

• Excellent organizational, teamwork and computer skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in international business administration, or equivalent.

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
