Position: Senior Survey Party Chief

Position Details/Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience as a survey crew chief, party chief, or professional land surveyor.
Proficiency in mathematical calculations.
Experience with Lieca, Trimble, or AutoCAD.
Expertise in various survey techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing workload effectively to exceed client expectations.
Proficient in downloading and uploading survey data to and from the office.
Familiarity with survey equipment such as total stations, GPS, and data collectors.
Skilled in conflict resolution, teamwork facilitation, delegation, and mentoring.
Possesses emotional intelligence to navigate complex team dynamics.
Willingness to travel within and out of state.
Ability to work remotely in the field.
