What You Will Be Doing Complete project oversight of school launch sequences, delivering on‑schedule, trust‑centered launches with fully configured technology, trained personnel, and aligned stakeholders. What You Won’t Be Doing Functioning as a reactive support agent — this role is not about ticket management. Delivering standardized trainings — you'll customize content based on immediate school contexts. Remaining desk‑bound throughout your day — you'll make regular visits to school locations. Relying on explicit directives — you'll exercise strong ownership in uncertain situations. Client Success Specialist Key Responsibilities Guarantee that each school under your stewardship successfully launches, maintains, and expands the 2HL model — producing quantifiable academic results and sustained advocacy. Basic Requirements Minimum of 3 years in a client‑facing capacity involving onboarding, implementation, or success facilitation. Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving a complex technical or operational challenge in a professional environment. Proven understanding of learning science fundamentals (e.g., mastery‑based progression, motivation design, cognitive load). Hands‑on experience with EdTech platforms (e.g., SIS, LMS, assessment platform). Current U.S. residency with legal work authorization independent of employer sponsorship.
