Oversee the admissions pipeline: applications, shadow visits, decision conversations, and new family onboarding. Maintain HubSpot and SIS data with precision, timeliness, and readiness for weekly analysis. Revise FAQs, standard operating procedures, and admissions materials based on live feedback – and pilot new strategies to boost conversion. What You Won’t Be Doing Leading a team – you are both the process architect and the primary actor. Accommodating bureaucracy – this operates at startup velocity, not traditional school governance pace.
